Cancellation policy

When booking your appointment please consider that the appointment is reserved especially for you, while I completely understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule your appointment.

Please understand when appointments are cancelled without giving enough notice I then miss the opportunity to fill that appointment date and time and clients on a waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services from myself.

As a courtesy I confirm each appointment date and time 48 hours prior to your treatment via phone call,  direct message or email.

Cancellation fee

Each appointment is reserved for you personally with your booking fee at the time of booking your appointment.

The booking fee to secure the date and time of your choice is 50% of your total treatment cost, The outstanding cost is paid on the day of your appointment.

Unfortunately if you cancel/need to reschedule your appointment but failed to do so within the 48 hour period, the booking fee of 50% will be forfeited as a cancellation cost.

“No shows”

No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and will be unable to rebook without full payment.

Appointments made within the 48 hour period 

For appointments made within the 48 hour period, if you cannot make your appointment please cancel within 5 hours of your appointment time for failure to do so will incur the same cancellation fee.

The cancellation policy gives myself the time to inform any potential clients of the availability and prevents empty books.
